Man killed in York City triple shooting ID’d

The coroner identified the 36-year-old after his next of kin was notified. He died at York Hospital.
Acosta-Delgado resided in the 100 block of East Maple Street. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 a.m., officials said.
Two other men, a 39-year-old and a 24-year-old were also shot. It happened around 12:24 a.m. Friday morning at Parkway Boulevard and North George Street. The two other men are expected to survive.
Friday’s homicide is the second in York in less than a week. A 41-year-old was shot Monday night in a home on the 300 block of Smyser Street, and also died at the hospital, police said.

A 36-year-old man was killed and two other men were shot overnight in York City, according to a police news release.
Victor Acosta-Delgado, 36, of East Maple Street in York City, died at WellSpan York Hospital at around 12:45 a.m. Friday, according to the York County Coroner s Office.
York City Police responded to a shooting about 12:20 a.m. Friday at Parkway Boulevard and North George Street, where officers found three men with gunshot wounds, according to a department news release.
The other two men, a 39- and 24-year-old, are expected to survive, the release says.

One man was killed and two others injured during an overnight shooting at a York intersection, police said.
York City police said 36-year-old, 39-year-old and 24-year-old men were shot at about 12:24 a.m. Friday at Parkway Boulevard and North George Street.
The 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at the York Hospital, police said. The other two men were treated and are expected to survive.
The shooting remains under investigation, and further information was not immediately available.
Friday’s homicide is the second in York in less than a week. A 41-year-old was shot Monday night in a home on the 300 block of Smyser Street, and also died at the hospital, police said. Police said a 19-year-old was shot earlier Monday evening but survived.

A 41-year-old person was shot and killed late Monday night in York City, police said.
York City Police responded to a shooting about 11:25 p.m. at a residence in the 300 block of Smyser Street, where officers found a person with a single-gunshot wound, according to a department news release.
The victim identified by authorities as non-binary later died at 1:15 a.m. at WellSpan York Hospital, according to a York County Coroner news release.
People are nonbinary if their gender identity is not strictly male or female, according to the Associated Press.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Wednesday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, according to the coroner s release. The victim s identify will be released after family as been notified.
