First look: New apartments are on the way at Dallas Farmers Market
The apartment and commercial building is the latest in the southeast corner of downtown.

Developers are offering a first look at the next apartment community on the way at the Dallas Farmers Market.
Spectrum Properties Ltd. is planning the Pearl Lofts apartment and commercial project on the south side of the downtown market at Pearl Street and Farmers Road.
The property is currently occupied by offices that house the North Texas Food Bank, which will continue to be located on the first floor of the new building.
