One in Custody and One at Large in Relation to Snyder Murder

It all happened a bit after 2 a.m. on Thursday, July 1st. Snyder Police responded to Apartment #1 at 1912 Coleman Street after receiving reports of a gunshot victim. KAMC News reports that when officers arrived at the scene, they located 38-year-old Norris Lee Williams, who was pronounced dead at the scene. No updates were given until Monday, July 5th when Snyder Police announced that 2 people were wanted in connection to the murder. Those 2 people were 40-year-old Donald Earl Emerson and 28-year-old Misty Ann Parham.

Texas Rangers investigating 3-year-old found dead, woman critically injured in Snyder (Source: Gray Media)(Raycom File) By KCBD Staff Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn SNYDER, Texas (KCBD) - A three year old boy was found dead and a 27-year-old woman was found with life-threatening injuries on Tuesday morning in Snyder, according to the Snyder Police Department. Police say just after 9:30 a.m., Snyder Police and Scurry County EMS were called to the Western Crest Apartments about a child and a woman being found unconscious. When they arrived, they found the child was deceased. The woman was taken to Cogdell Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries. She was then taken to an area hospital for a higher level of care.
