How to squeeze a serve of veggies into a batch of guilt-free DOUGHNUTS

A team of health-conscious Aussies have proven you don t need to sacrifice your health or your waistline to enjoy a doughnut (or two) each day.  Health and fitness star Georgie Stevenson and her brother Coopa founded natural supplement brand Naked Harvest in 2019 and recently released their new Gorgeous Greens powder which has one portion of vegetables per serving.  Healthy baker Steph McDonald, the co-founder of Sneaky Wholefoods, showed how to use the powder to make delicious 230-calorie vanilla and pistachio doughnuts that promise to pack a nutritional punch without impacting the flavour.  To start you need to mash 150g of banana (about one-and-a-half bananas) and mix it with 50g of vanilla Greek yoghurt, 60g of vanilla pancake plant protein and three servings of the Gorgeous Greens powder.
