You Can Be a Squirrel in D&D?!

Where has this information been all my life? By Jessica MasonFeb 9th, 2021, 5:04 pm I will admit this upfront: as much as I love the idea of Dungeon and Dragons, I have never played it. It’s not for lack of trying but every time I get invited to a game it’s hard to get childcare and well, there’s a pandemic so as much as I adore The Adventure Zone and I think D&D is pretty awesome, I still hear things about it that surprise me. Like the fact that you can play as … a squirrel? Okay, so that’s not quite accurate. You can play as something called a Kercpa, which is a two-foot-tall squirrel that wears clothes and talks and all that! You can play them with the help of a new DMs Guild publication by Steve Fidler and Nathanaël Roux:

Chuck Yaeger memorialized by friend in Penn Valley

An American hero, but he was more than that | Chuck Yaeger memorialized by friend Steve Fidler from Penn Valley remembers Chuck Yeager, known to locals as the man in the orange hat. Author: Barbara Bingley (ABC 10) Published: 11:34 AM PST December 9, 2020 Updated: 11:34 AM PST December 9, 2020 He was just an honest person, Steve Fidler said. You could ask him anything and he’d be honest with you and tell you exactly what he felt whether you liked it or not. The friendship began at Fidler’s restaurant, Day Break Cafe, where Yeager would come in to order his usual, which Fidler still remembers: extra crispy hash browns, eggs over easy and extra orange slices.
