Kontsert on sümbioos kahest tänavu Viljandis peaaegu korraga olnud suvekursusest: eufooniumi ja madalate vaskpillide meistrikursus, mida juhatab Steven Mead Inglismaalt ning korraldab mittetulundusühing Puhkpillimängijate Gild Livonia eesotsas Bert Langeleriga, ja Loomelabor. Publiku ette astuvad Steven Meadi meistriklassi ja ansamblimängu kursusest osavõtjad, kelle hulgas on Viljandi muusikakooli õpilastest ja vilistlastest koosnev puupuhkpilliansambel.
