Peel Police say a woman has died following a two-vehicle crash in Brampton near Winston Churchill and Steeles, just north of Highway 401.
Police tell 680 NEWS the woman killed is in her mid 20’s and was a passenger in a vehicle on Steeles that stopped in a live lane.
The vehicle stopped in the right lane and had four way flashers on. The woman got out to retrieve something either from the back seat or the trunk and she was hit by a car coming from behind.
