A South Glens Falls man is facing a felony charge after a domestic incident in Moreau.
The Saratoga County Sheriff s Office says 44-year-old Stephen Frank is accused of strangling another person in front of two children on Maplewood Parkway.
While deputies were attempting to locate Frank at his home, they say he drove up drunk.
Frank was arraigned, released and expected in court at a later date.

The water in South Fayette is running clear thanks to a recently completed acid mine drainage treatment plant.
Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection secretary Patrick McDonnell joined with project partners and stakeholders to commemorate the completion and acknowledge the results of the South Fayette Conservation Group’s Gladden treatment plant.

After Paul Barjon’s thrilling victory at the Huntsville Championship, the Korn Ferry Tour heads north up Interstate-65 for the Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation, hosted at The Grove in College Grove, Tennessee.
The Grove was designed by Greg Norman and will host the Korn Ferry Tour for the first time. The tournament will mark the Korn Ferry Tour’s first of two consecutive weeks in Tennessee as the Tour will head to Knoxville the following week.
