Dickie Flanagan: Online solicitation of a minor
Austin Montgomery Soukhakian: Possession of a marijuana
Brennon Oshea McDowell: Evading arrest; Felon in possession of a firearm; Assault family violence – occlusion
Patrick Boutelle: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; Burglary of a habitation; Violation of a protective order
Frank Paul Hinojosa: Theft of a firearm
Tony Aaron Cottrell: CT I-V Theft of a firearm
Brandon Jamaal Payne: Possession of a controlled substance
David Lewis: Evading arrest; Felon in possession of a firearm

On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at approximately 12:15am Brownwood Police Communications received a phone call from a male who believed someone was trying to kill him.
Officer Shade Tidwell responded to the home in the 500 block of Victoria St. and met with a male resident outside the home. While standing with this male, Officer Tidwell overheard a faint, female, voice from inside the residence asking for help. The front door was open, and the female voice continued asking for help and stated that she was stabbed. Officer Tidwell entered through the open door and again heard the female inside an interior room, state that “he has a knife to me.” A male voice inside the same room responded ‘yeah’ to her claim.
