FUNDRAISER Veterans Stephen Fisher and Sean O Neill are raising money for Poppyscotland by cycling the North Coast 500 route. TWO best pals and veterans are aiming to cycle the North Coast 500 in under 72 hours to raise money for Poppyscotland and raise awareness of PTSD. Stephen Fisher, 36, and pal Sean O Neill, 34, will set off to Inverness next month and will attempt to complete the difficult challenge over just one weekend. The pair both previously served in the Scots Guard and were stationed in Afghanistan, with Stephen serving between 2009 and 2016 and Sean serving from 2009 until 2017. Stephen, from Pollok, says that one of the reasons for raising money for Poppyscotland is their own personal experiences with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
