Private equity backed deal brings together leading players in carbon market to tap into growing demand for certified offset projects
Two of the leading providers in the fast-expanding voluntary carbon market, ClimateCare and Natural Capital Partners, have today joined forces through a private equity backed deal designed to accelerate the development of credible carbon offset projects.
The merger was arranged by Averna Capital and funded by Averna s investors with a view to bringing together the two companies to create a market-leading business in the Voluntary Carbon Market . Financial details for the deal were not disclosed.
