Sturgis City Commission plans to return to face-to-face meetings

100 Goodfellas support CTAG at their first event

100 Goodfellas are gathering for dinner each with $100 for a good cause

Sturgis Journal The 100 Goodfellas group is looking for a few more members to round its number to the century mark. The non-profit fundraising men are gathering for dinner at 5:30 p.m. May 13 at Sturges-Young Center for the Arts, each with $100 for a positive cause. After the meal, three organizations will present a goal and mission. The men who attend will vote and the organization that garners the most selections receives the total donation: $100 from each man in attendance. Each charity that applies must be local or a national charity with a local branch. Following the concept of 100 Women Who Care, Dan Root, Tony Percival, Dave Northrop and Von Metzger, the men who created 100 Goodfellas, are the same who inspired the community to support locally owned Sturgis businesses during the pandemic, with Love Local $20$20.
