Alton Mayor Brant Walker said that, so far, the office has not received any direct threats regarding the inauguration. But he noted police will be more vigilant this week. “Since I’ve been in office, Alton has always peacefully expressed their opinions,” Walker said. “So I’m hoping that is what we will expect come inauguration day.” Gov.
