Police release identity of victim in fatal Mamaroneck stabbing

Police have now identified the man involved in a fatal stabbing in Mamaroneck.
Officials say the victim is 25-year-old Schuyler Werner.
Police say he was stabbed in the chest inside an apartment building on Richbell Road earlier this month.
The victim s younger brother, Vitaly Werner, is the suspect, and has been charged with manslaughter.
