The 23-year-old is also known to have links to Falmouth and Plymouth. Scott Hanlon has so far managed to avoid being picked up by police and they are now reaching out to the public for help. C&D Police have warned the public not to approach Hanlon if they see him and instead ask that they get in contact with them. In a statement, a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate Scott Hanlon who is wanted on recall to prison. The 23-year-old is believed to be in the Bodmin or Camborne areas, but he has links to Falmouth and Plymouth.

Police are appealing for help tracking down a wanted man who smashed a car into a Cornish cafe - and who should not be approached.
Devon and Cornwall Police ask that anyone who sees Scott Hanlon or knows where he is should call 999 immediately. Car thief Hanlon, 23, who is believed to be in the Bodmin or Camborne area, is wanted for recall to prison.
