Food As We Know It Taking place this Saturday, 13 March 2021, this interactive four-course dinner with wine pairings is designed to provide guests with a look into different cooking methods from around the world, while bringing it back to our shores with a South African twist. Throughout the evening, guests will be entertained not only by the impressive culinary skills, honed by none other than rockstar chef Matt Manning, but with a thorough delivery by Tiisetso on his thought process behind the creation of dishes.  Hailing from Polokwane, Tiisetso’s love for food stemmed from his mom’s cooking and ‘too much Jamie Oliver on the TV screen’. After obtaining his internationally acclaimed certificate from City & Guilds at Capsicum Culinary Studios, he went on to work in some of South Africa’s best kitchens, including Mondiall Kitchen and Bar, Thali, Chefs Warehouse on Bree Street and as Head Chef at Unfiltered.
