Coos Bay police are seeking information in missing person case
At this point in the investigation, police say the case is not considered suspicious.

COOS BAY, Ore The Coos Bay Police Department launched a missing person investigation Friday after it received a report of a man who went missing back in February.
Police say 58-year-old Gary Adams was last seen on Feb. 17 walking west on Thompson Road near the entrance of the Bay Area Hospital s lower parking lot in Coos Bay.
The investigation revealed that Adams was renting a trailer space at the Springtide Trailer Park but neighbors allegedly haven t seen him since he was transported to Bay Area Hospital. Officials said he was discharged from the hospital that same evening.
Coos Bay police looking for shooting suspect
At this time, the vehicle and the shooter have not been located and are still at large.

COOS BAY, Ore. - The Coos Bay Police Department is looking for the person responsible for shooting a man in the leg at the Englewood Market on Sunday.
Officers arrived on scene and found a man with a gunshot wound to his upper left thigh. The victim was identified and the officers rendered first aid to him until medics arrived shortly after and took over.
Officers were able to get a brief statement from the victim and witnesses. Police were able to develop a suspect vehicle and people of interest in the case.
A 28-year-old North Bend man was killed Sunday in what police are calling a road-rage incident.
Officials reported Michael David Moore was killed after he was run over by a Chevy Tahoe pickup at around 11:27 a.m. on Union Avenue.
In a press release, District Attorney R. Paul Frasier said it is clear Moore was intentionally struck. The Coos County Major Crime Team and Coos County Crash Team joined North Bend police in investigating the incident.
The investigation revealed the incident began near Liberty Theater in downtown North Bend. Moore was a passenger in a black Ford Ranger pickup and after the initial altercation, the Ranger was followed by the Chevy Tahoe and a red Honda Prelude with a light-colored hood.
