OPEN: A pint of beer in a pub WITH coronavirus restrictions set to ease on Monday, allowing pubs, restaurants and cafes to serve customers indoors, the council is working to make sure businesses stick to the rules. Hospitality firms in Bolton, which have not had the luxury to offer outdoor eating and drinking, will welcome visitors back for the first time in months. But the council is teaming up with police and “will not hesitate to take action against those who flout the rules”.
