The BNP has termed unacceptable the government s reasoning on legal grounds for not accepting the application from BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia s family to allow her to go abroad for treatment. The law ministry has sent its opinion to the home ministry on the files regarding BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia s treatment abroad. We have sent the opinion to the home ministry through an official some time back. However, I cannot disclose what opinion has been given, Law Ministry Secretary Md Golam Sarwar told The Daily Star at 10:40am today.
