With the unsheltered population increasing in the region, the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved a 100-page community action plan to tackle homelessness in the county.

Santa never personally responded. Neither did my parents. The response came on Christmas morning when âthe packageâ wasnât an airplane. It was actually a Spirograph set that lasted me for years but that wasnât the point in 1966. I really wanted that plane.
