Scheme to provide 74 two-bedroom homes in Surrey
Graham has been appointed to build an £80m retirement village in Surrey for retirement housing specialist Audley Group.
The 74-home scheme in Cobham, known as Audley Fairmile, will be the group’s second village in the county following the opening of Audley Cooper’s Hill in 2019.
How the village will look when built
The scheme’s two-bedroom homes will be arranged around central facilities including a swimming pool, health club, restaurant and bar bistro.
Gaunt Francis is the architect on the scheme with Bernard Interiors responsible for fit-out.
