Sydney Roasting Co. brings all-day locally roasted coffee to Lebanon
With the opening of Sydney Roasting Co, locally roasted coffee is available at the crack of dawn and into the evening alike in Lebanon.
Located at 12 N. 9th St., Sydney is open seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It replaces the now-defunct Wrinkle and Boon, itself only 2 years old at the time of its closure.
Zanetta Kok, who co-owns the cafe with her husband, Kenny, not only has hopes that Sydney is not just here to stay, but dreams that one day it will become a national chain.

LebTown favorite meetup spot Wrinkle & Boon closed its 12 N. 9th Street doors in December after a valiant effort to withstand the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. After two years of business, Wrinkle & Boon closed its doors on Dec. 23.
In a Facebook post written on Dec. 3, the coffee shop announced:
“This is not an easy season for any small business so your support means everything. This has been such a tough decision. We have made lifelong friendships and have had the opportunity to make many connections within our community.”
