KCR’s ‘U-Turn’ after meeting Modi, Amit Shah: Sohail
By News Desk| Published: 30th December 2020 1:18 pm IST
Hyderabad: Telangana Congress Pradesh Minority Department Chairman Shaik Abdullah Sohail criticized Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and Minister of Information Technology K T Rama Rao for their stand over the farmer’s agitation. He alleged the state government of adopting a ‘double standard”.
“On one hand the TRS government supports and expresses its solidarity with the farmers, on the other hand it is preparing to implement the Central Government’s Farmer’s bills. TRS had supported ‘Bharat Band’ declared by the farmers but after meeting the PM Narendra Modi and the Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi, KCR took a U-turn”, Sohail said.
