Singer Sonu Nigam has come out in support of Abhijeet Bhattacharya and bid adieu to micro-blogging site Twitter after it suspsended Abhijeet s account following his alleged offensive tweets. Nigam, before quitting Twitter, made a series of 24 tweets expressing his anger over Abhijeet s account suspension. He wrote, I bid adieu to Twitter and my close to 7 Million followers today, leaving most Disappointed and angry at me, and some Sadists Happy.

Controversial singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya’s Twitter account has been suspended by the microblogging site after he posted series of offensive tweets, especially against women.
According to reports, the move came after Twitter users accused him of using derogatory and abusive language. “Account Suspended: This account has been suspended.,” stated the message from Twitter on his handle.
