SHELBY CO., Tenn. (WMC) - Coronavirus vaccines are now available to those ages 70 and up in Shelby County. The health department made this announcement Thursday morning.

The health department reported 220 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday and 22 more deaths. The Shelby County Health Department said the new deaths reported range between December 2, 2020, to February 1, 2021.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The Tennessee Department of Health reported 1,326 new COVID-19 cases and 103 additional virus-related deaths across the Volunteer State Monday.
There have been more than 729,000 cases in Tennessee since the beginning of the pandemic and the death toll is at 9,753.
TDH data shows active cases are topping 34,000 statewide and another 685,162 cases are considered inactive or recovered.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Tennessee reported 101 more COVID-19 deaths Thursday and 1,777 new cases.
There are just more than 36,000 active cases across the state, according to data from the Tennessee Department of Health.
The total COVID-19 case count for Tennessee is 717,583 as of January 28, 2021 including 9,417 deaths, 1,857 current hospitalizations and 672,110 are inactive/recovered.
