He defeated Democrat Sheridan Black.Paschal, a Pelham resident, retired from a 21-year career in the Army in 2006 and has lived in Shelby County since then. Senator O Laughlin to speak in Moberly June 1

Cindy O’Laughlin, Missouri State Senator representing Northeast Missouri’s 18th Senatorial District,will be the featured speaker at the Randolph County Federated Republican Women s dinner meeting scheduled on Tuesday, June 1. The public is welcome to attend.
The monthly meeting will be held in the ‘Pioneer Room’ at Central Christian College of the Bible, located at 911 East Urbandale Drive. Meal cost is $11 per person. Social hour begins at 5 p.m., with dinner and program starting around 6 p.m. Advanced reservations are required by contacting Valinda Freed at 660-833-5544.
