Had the annual awards ceremony taken place last March, top honors would have gone to some long-time members. Rather than wait to see if restrictions on gatherings will be lessened this year, the department recently gathered to celebrate 60 years of service for member Leon Catrow. Catrow was presented with a plaque and jacket in January, nearly a year past his 60-year mark.
