Missing Roseburg 14-year-old found, state welfare officials say
14-year-old Shena Horton went missing in the early morning hours on Sunday, according to the Douglas County Sheriff s Office.

ROSEBURG, Ore.
UPDATE: 14-year-old Shena Horton has been found, according to the Oregon Department of Human Services. The agency said that it is thankful for the community support in locating her.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff s Office, deputies found Horton at 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday at a home in Roseburg s Green District. She was with her biological non-custodial mother, Gloria Shannon Kicinski, who was arrested on a charge for Custodial Interference in the Second Degree.
