The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a man is accused of shooting his father in the leg. Investigators say it happened on Robert Phelps Road. Deputies said the man who was shot called 911 and told them he was shot by his son, Shawn Glover, and that his son ran away on foot. Deputies looked for Glover but couldn’t find him at the time. Glover’s father was treated at the scene by Somerset and Pulaski County Emergency Medical services and flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Detectives obtained a warrant for Glover’s arrest for assault, domestic violence and robbery charges. Deputies said Glover came to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office where he met with police. He was served a warrant after being interviewed. Glover was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.

An eastern Pulaski man has been injured by a shotgun, and the Pulaski County Sheriffâs Office is searching for the manâs son in connection to the incident, according to PCSO Lt. Bobby Jones.
Hubert Glover of 150 Robert Phelps Road was wounded in the leg by a close-contact shotgun shot, Jones said.
He was flown out from the scene to receive medical attention. No information was available on his condition, but Jones did say that the wound looked serious.
PCSO is looking for Gloverâs son, Shawn Glover, 34, who reportedly fled the scene on foot. Jones said that Shawn Glover lives in a separate residence on Robert Phelps Road.

A man suspected of shooting his father is in custody after a short search by law enforcement.
Shawn Glover, 34, of Roberts Phelps Road, Somerset, reportedly fled the scene of the incident on foot after his father, Hubert Glover, was shot.
Lt. Bobby Jones of the Pulaski County Sheriffâs Office said that Hubert Glover, of 150 Roberts Phelps Road, was wounded in the leg by a close-contact shotgun shot.
The two Glovers live at different residences on the same road.
PCSO was called out to Hubert Gloverâs home around 1:55 p.m. Wednesday.
