The women’s squad is scheduled to head to Queensland for WNCL matches on September 10 and 12 while the men’s squad hosts two consecutive Marsh One-Day Cup matches at the CitiPower Centre on September 11 and 15.
Between Marsh Sheffield Shield, Marsh One-Day Cup and WNCL, the CitiPower Centre is scheduled to host Victoria 10 times during the domestic season.
The sandpaper scandal was front and centre again recently after Cameron Bancroft’s comments, and now Australia’s bowling coach at the time is back in the spotlight.

The squad features 16 players aged 23 or younger.
Four players made their Marsh Sheffield Shield debut last season and six players got their first taste of State one-day cricket.
“It was a great opportunity last season to get a number of games into those players. You expect some inconsistency with inexperienced players, but they held their own and this season will be another step forward for them,” Victorian Coach Chris Rogers said.
Melbourne Renegades appoint Simon Helmot as new head coach

Melbourne [Australia], May 10 (ANI): Melbourne Renegades on Monday confirmed the appointment of Simon Helmot as the club s head coach for the next two seasons of Women s Big Bash League (WBBL).
According to Renegades, Helmot brings vast international experience from the leading Twenty20 competitions across the globe. He replaces Lachlan Stevens who resigned last month.
The 49-year-old has held coaching roles in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Caribbean Premier League, Afghan Premier League, Bangladesh Premier League and the Big Bash League.
Helmot was the Renegades inaugural BBL coach and returned to the club last season as assistant coach of both the BBL and WBBL teams.
