READERS were saddened to hear a pop star has rescheduled his concert planned for Carlisle in 2021. Former X-Factor finalist and judge on BBC prime time singing contest The Voice, Olly Murs has rescheduled his trip to Bitts Park, much to the dismay of News & Star readers. Speaking of being forced to reschedule, Olly said: “I’m just so happy I still get to go on tour across the UK this summer after the year we’ve had. “We’ve worked hard to put on as many shows as we can this year and next, and I can’t wait to get back out and bring some positivity and fun on stage to my fans.

All you have to do is walk for just thirty minutes a day for 100 days, starting from January 1st.

Speaking on the initiative, Ciara says: It costs nothing, anybody can do it. it s so simple. All ages, all shapes, all sizes, all levels of fitness: you go for a walk for half an hour a day. That s the minimum.
