Team Bowdler , with the support of loved ones, are planning to walk 477,712 miles – or 955,424,000 steps – which is the distance from Waverton to the moon and back again. They started the challenge on Good Friday and have already raised more than £4,000 – double the amount needed for the bench and memorial plaque.

Waverton Investment Management has launched a Multi-Asset Growth fund managed by Algernon Percy, following demand from advisers for a platform-friendly version of the Waverton Portfolio fund.
The new fund will be available on more than 20 platforms. and will sit alongside the Waverton managed portfolio service and its multi-asset fund range.
