A DEESIDE business which supplies doors across the UK has found the key to success thanks to support from a business adviser. Door Warehouse has increased its turnover by nearly 30 per cent in two years and is on track to grow a further 50 per cent in the next 12 months. The catalyst for the expansion was director Dan Maiden engaging with business coach David Roberts from The Alternative Board (TAB), which culminated in a new strategy and direction for Dan in the company. Dan took a step back from the day-to-day sales activity to take an overarching view of marketing and working on the business.
