Helping in getting a good night’s sleep, doing crafts or meditation are just some of the things a Dudley business is doing to boost its staff’s mental health during lockdown. And the trouble it takes over employees’ wellbeing has won training provider MBKB recognition from a major mental health initiative. The business has signed up to the ‘Thrive at Work Workplace Wellbeing Award’ run by West Midlands Combined Authority as part of MHPP.the Mental Health & Productivity Pilot (MHPP). MBKB holds a variety of regular online classes and one-off workshops covering topics including meditation, crafts, healthy eating, sleep and diabetes prevention to support staff who have been working from home since the start of the pandemic.
