Jim Krumel: Lima may have a DAD-WOC-GOW-ABA-BAV-WOF in its future

Jim Krumel: Lima may have a DAD-WOC-GOW-ABA-BAV-WOF in its future Jim Krumel Let’s see. What is this new thing Lima City Council is being asked to approve? A “downtown outdoor refreshment area.” Or, DORA, for short.
