He was 73 and died in Nashville from complications related to the coronavirus. The ballad “I Remember Everything,” released two months after his death, earned him two posthumous Grammys and debuted at #1 on Billboard Rock Digital Sales Chart. (AP Photo/Wade Payne, File) March 02, 2021 - 1:25 PM NASHVILLE - Country music festival CMA Fest in Nashville, Tennessee, will be cancelled for a second year in a row because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Country Music Association announced on Tuesday the decision to cancel the June event, which is one of the oldest country music festivals after starting in 1972 as Fan Fair. It was also cancelled last year.

Exeter WWII bomb blast was so powerful it blew out windows of homes nearby

Thousands of evacuated residents have been left assessing the damage to their homes following the detonation of a World War II bomb in a blast that left a crater the size of a double-decker bus and was heard 10 miles away. More than 2,600 people had to be flee before the controlled explosion of a recently unearthed Nazi Hermann bomb in Exeter, Devon on Saturday evening. A 400-yard cordon was put in place with 1,400 university students among those evacuated.  When the bomb was detonated a huge cloud of dust was shot into the sky above - leaving several nearby homes with structural damage.
