Every now and then I come across this photo - it’s one of my favourite shots (of me) ever - probably because it was actually on stage, rather than staged.
I guess ‘on stage’ is my favourite place to be. I sure do feel at home there. I feel like I’m filling out the shape I was created to be, just a little more fully.

People often ask me where I live - it seems a commonly innocuous and accidentally banal thing to say to a human unit who’s passing through a place, though it bugs me more than I ought to let it. Lockdown has again changed the way we live dramatically. For most of us, it means our daily exercise has been obstructed in nature and/or duration. Either way, it’s never been more important to make the most of our two hours of allotted exercise time, for general wellbeing and mental health.
The new rules say that you can exercise with one other person within five kilometres from your home for up to two hours per day. Join us as we spotlight some of the spots in your council area that are well worth a peruse.
