CHESTER â When COVID peremptorily canceled the annual Black Friday live concert to benefit the Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries at The Kate, the town of Chester valiantly stepped in to offer their meeting house as a venue for a virtual performance.
Then everything clicked back into place in support of the SSK&P, which offers food and fellowship to people in need in 11 towns, from Madison to East Lyme to Chester.
The Meadows Brothers, the Chester-born-and-bred rising stars of Americana and roots music, once again agreed to join their majestic vocal harmonies with the Ebin-Rose Trio, Moving Target, Hugh Birdsall, Lauren Agnelli & Friends, and Carter Gowrie & Friends.
