UPDATE: East Cleveland police confirmed the Endangered Missing Child Alert is no longer active as of 7 a.m. on Sunday.
UPDATE: Just after midnight Sunday, East Cleveland police said they heard from the custodial mother of 5-year-old Jaion Harris.
The custodial mother told police she heard from her brother, who heard from the boy’s birth mother that her and Jaion were in Akron.

Police say, a husband and wife were leaving the Huntsville Athletic Club on December 11th when the husband saw someone getting out of his car after swiping $700 from his wallet.
