Mexico is ene of the most wonderful countries on the face of the earth. Its mineral wealth is immense and its agricultural possibilities treat. WITH the inauguration of Porfirio Diaz, one of the world’s greatest living statesmen, as President of Mexico in 1877, a new era dawned for the republic.
