NAUGATUCK â The borough, Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce and the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation are running a âEat Local, Win Local â Keep Naugy Strongâ contest.
The contest is designed to support and promote local restaurants. People can order food at a participating restaurant and save the receipt through Jan. 15. People can write their name and contact information on the receipt, and submit the receipt to be entered into a weekly drawing for a gift certificate from one of the restaurants.
Receipts can be mailed to or dropped off at the NEDC office, 270 Church St., or Town Hall, 229 Church St., Attn: Lori Rotella, or emailed to cligi@waterburychamber.com.
