Corporate litigation principal Diana Manning was elected as Bressler, Amery & Ross PC’s first female firm managing principal April 20.

Manning, who is based at the firm’s headquarters in Florham Park, succeeded Frank Cuccio who served as managing principal since 2018.
Manning has held positions of influence within the firm for years, including three years on the firm’s executive committee and seven years on its compensation committee. She’s also served as chair of the firm’s women’s initiative committee and will remain co-chair of the multi-state business and commercial litigation group and leader of the appellate group.
