Stunning Llanfyllin home of MP up for sale for £2 6million

AN MP’s grand Llanfyllin home is up for sale for a huge £2.6million. Simon Baynes MP, who holds the Clwyd South seat, is looking to offload his stunning property, Bodfach Hall – a 13-bedroom Georgian Grade II-listed residence surrounded by more than 80 acres of land. The property, which is listed with Mark Wiggin Estate Agents of Ludlow, hosts the popular annual Llanfyllin Show. Mr Baynes and his wife Maggie purchased the property in 2007. The 83-acre plot features formal and informal gardens, woodland, an orchard, paddocks, parkland, a lake and river. The property is described as an impressive, historic country house by the estate agent.
