Kohler is the executive vice president of Noble Gas Solutions in Albany. Currently, Noble Gas is the only manufacturer of dry ice within 150 miles of Albany. They provide the ice a necessity for keeping the COVID-19 vaccine properly stored to local pharmaceutical companies.
