Rumours suggest Google is working on its own system-on-chip, internally called Whitechapel. It s said the company could be working with Samsung on the processor and it s claimed it could offer a similar performance to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 700 series. There s also claims it will have raw performance equivalent to between the Snapdragon 865 and 888 though and it s claimed to have a Neural Processing Unit and Image Signal Processor inside.
Of course, if this isn t the case then Google is likely to offer a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset under the hood of the Pixel 6. The succeeding chip to the Pixel 5 s 765G processor is the Snapdragon 780G, but at the moment, nothing is clear. Previous to the Pixel 5, Pixel devices had the flagship Qualcomm Snadragon processor, which is currently the 888.
Unreleased Google Pixel smartphone spotted, Might Be The Pixel 5a
Google Pixel 4a comes in two color options including Just Black and Barely Blue. However, an Instagram post by Made By Google official account has teased a new white-colored smartphone that resembles Pixel 4a. From the picture posted on Instagram, we can see the glimpses of this unreleased smartphone. Well, the launch of Pixel 5a is just a few months away. It is unlikely Google refresh the existing 4a with a new color option. Hence, there is a possibility that it is not Pixel 4a but the Pixel 5a.
The device shown in the picture resembles the existing Pixel 4a. However, it is not completely similar. The power button on this unreleased smartphone resembles the previous Pixel 3 series and is a little different from the Pixel 4a. There is a high chance that this phone is the Pixel 5a. The move comes after failed negotiations between the two companies, with Roku accusing Google of monopolistic behavior and search manipulation.
Google issued a statement in response to Roku s action, stating that Roku has engaged in this tactic with other streaming providers and that Google s terms have been in place for several years.
Google Instagram Story shows off unreleased white Pixel 4a colour
The white Pixel 4a looks great what a bummer it never got released
Android Central spotted the new Pixel 4a colour, and included a screengrab sent in by a tipster which is great, because it appears the Instagram Story it appeared in is no longer available. The image shows what’s clearly a Pixel 4a you can tell by the camera bump but in white.
The Instagram Story depicted a woman dancing around her house for International Dance Day. Various Google hardware can be spotted throughout her house in the video. At one point, she places the white Pixel 4a next to a ‘Chalk’ Nest Audio that’s playing music.
