(AP) A second relative has been accused of helping a Vermont man with a long criminal history who surrendered to police after being on the run for five days. Diana Rogers, 59, of Eden, was cited Friday on suspicion of accessory after the fact on allegations she assisted her nephew, Harley Breer, while there was an active warrant for his arrest. Breer, 51, of Marshfield, was taken into custody on Wednesday and is being held without bail. He s accused of assault on April 9. Breer, whose criminal history includes convictions for kidnapping and aggravated domestic assault, was on furlough and under the supervision of the Vermont Department of Corrections.
