PARKERSBURG The city’s annual paving project starts next week, with some overnight work on Murdoch Avenue beginning today.
A new plating system for the floodwall gate crossing Murdoch Avenue was installed in March. Work on the second phase begins at 8 p.m. today, with a crew paving the approaches to the plates to provide a smooth transition, according to a release from City Engineer Adam Stout.
