I am writing to provide feedback on the mass vaccination event held at the Georgetown DMV Jan. 23. Firstly, let me state that I am extremely grateful that my 80-year-old mother who has asthma and COPD was able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at the event. However, as you know, the wait time (three-and-a-half hours in our case and much more for others) seemed somewhat excessive. While the people working the event from DPH, DelDOT and the National Guard were all exceptionally professional and helpful, it was a trying experience for the folks waiting in lines both on the highway and once we were able to make it to the DMV parking areas and vaccine queues. Is it possible to adjust the Delaware vaccine distribution plan to include local hospitals, pharmacies and physician offices? This would help spread
