1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 2 tbsp raisins 1.Preheat the oven at 180˚C. 2.Apply butter on one side and cut each into 4 pieces and set aside. 3.Heat milk in a deep sauce pan, add the low calorie sweetener and stir till it dissolves. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly. 4.Take a baking dish and arrange the slices with buttered side up. Set aside. 5.Break in the eggs in the sauce pan, add vanilla essence and whisk till well combined. 6.Add nutmeg powder and green cardamom powder and whisk well. Strain the mixture directly on to the bread.
