Wendy Bell was off the WJAS airwaves Monday due to personnel matter

Wendy Bell did not do her normal weekday morning show Monday on WJAS (1320 AM). The conservative radio host is currently not on the air due to a personnel matter being handled within the company, WJAS spokeswoman Michele Bradac said. WJAS listeners instead Monday heard syndicated talk host Glenn Beck from 9 a.m. to noon.  Bradac said no other information is available.  On her Wendy Bell Radio Facebook page Monday, Bell posted All is good! Wendy Bell is no longer in the weekday lineup on talk radio station WJAS. “All I can tell you is it’s a personnel matter and it’s currently being handled by the company,” said Michele Bradac, a spokeswoman for St. Barnabas, which owns the radio station. The radio station posted a new weekday show schedule to its Facebook page about 8 a.m. Monday. It did not include Bell in her normal time slot, which had been 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. The Facebook post had more than 700 comments, many demanding answers as to Bell’s status. Talk show host Glenn Beck is listed in that time slot as on Monday. Bell and her show are no longer featured on the radio station’s website.
